Documentation Logs

Think of using these Documentation Logs if you are a specialist or teacher to warehouse your artifacts and reflections throughout the year.  These logs can be used for your summative  and non-summative year as a collection holder as you decide what artifacts you want to use.  The document includes a place for reflection, the standard and indicators to help guide you along.  There also is a spot that includes some ideas of what that standard might look like for you.  If you choose to use this form just remember to make a copy of it and then put it in your google drive in a folder labeled accordingly.  Hope this helps you in organizing your Learning Plan for Educator Effectiveness.

How Can I Use My MAP and F&P Data?

If you are wanting more information on how to use the MAP continuum please feel free to contact me or watch this short power point presentation with multiple links in it to help you through.  You can do anything from differentiation, guided reading groups, to student goal setting.
MAP Continuum Power Point

F&P continuum is also a great way to make guided reading groups and teach the skills that your students may be missing.  It can help you dig deeper into questioning on your students' comprehension skills or to think within, beyond and about the text.  Below are two links that may be helpful to you. Or feel free to ask me too!

F&P Comprehension Questions

Guided Reading Goal Questions

I can...
