Part of our PLC work this year is building trust and strong collaborative teams to have difficult conversations that can transform your teaching and improve student learning.  The SMART/ Leadership team is proud of the work done in the fist PLC process of:

We are proud of the conversations of the importance of having exemplars of what is expected for a 3 and reteaching the concept by scaffolding and using a small group format.  The challenges have been around creating extensions for students who have mastered the skill.
